Air Botswana Corporation is the national airline of Botswana, with its head office on the grounds of Sir Seretse Khama International Airport in Gaborone. The airline operates scheduled domestic and regional flights from its main base at Sir Seretse Khama International Airport.

As of August 2010, Air Botswana operates scheduled passenger flights to the following destinations:

Botswana: Francistown, Gaborone, Kasane and Maun

South Africa: Johannesburg

Zambia: Lusaka

Zimbabwe: Harare
